We had the fire marshal training at our nursery in Weston, we had a large group of us attend from 3 of our different settings. Every person who attended found the course engaging and interesting and we particularly enjoyed the practical part at the end where we got to use the fire extinguishers. The trainer delivered the course in an interactive way and we all had a chance to ask questions and share our experiences.

I booked Fire Marshall Training with Onsite Fire Safety Training Company, I booked 2 courses with the second course for a date to be confirmed at a later point in time. They were able to accept the open-ended booking and when I had confirmed staff availability, they arranged the second course to meet my required date. The trainer, David, was very knowledgeable and adapted to our work pattern requirements without hesitation. The feedback from the staff members who undertook the training was positive with all successfully passing the training. I will definitely consider them as the future provider for Fire Marshal training based on their performance to date.

Over the past 30+ years I have attended several first aid courses both working for Local Authorities and the Voluntary sector, and I am a fully qualified trainer and Train the Trainer, therefore I can honestly say your course stands head and shoulders above the rest and I feel I’ve gained more knowledge and practical experience than ever before.

Your Knowledge and experience really helped to bring, what as my colleague said, a rather dull topic, alive and entertaining whist remaining educational. Your delivery was calm, demonstrating a straightforward method of explaining the most important information and providing us with excellent examples. It was extremely helpful, that throughout you checked our understanding and that you were not phased if we required any extra support.

It is obvious that you absolutely love what you do and that certainly made the course more enjoyable and it was very helpful to hear about your own personal experiences. After Friday’s first aid training, incredibly I had my first incident on Saturday afternoon! The man behind the counter at our local post office had collapsed just as I was pulling up outside, and I was the only first aider around.

He was in a bad way but it all went smoothly and he was taken off to hospital about 30mins later. It was thanks to my Onsite Manual Handling Training that I knew EXACTLY what to do!

About a week ago we participated in some first aid training and I wanted to let you know that the feedback that I got from our employees regarding the course and the trainer was really positive.

They said that the course itself was informative, interactive, fun, and very practical, and they said the trainer was very engaging, gave them helpful tools to help them remember the key lessons, a deserve 5/5.
